By "semi-managed" we mean that we can (for the most part) manage your VPS for you. If you order a control panel such as cPanel, we will install and configure it for you to the extent that it is running and ready for your customizations. We can handle upgrades and patches, as well as basic troubleshooting when something's not working. If you prefer to handle everything on your own, go right ahead - you've still got full root access!
