How do I point my domain to you?

To point your domain to our nameservers, you will need to contact your existing registrar and request to transfer your domain to another hosting providers DNS. The ownership of your domain will not change, nor will the registrar. They will simply change where your domain is being pointed to.

They will need to know where to point your domain to, please provide them with the name servers for your account. These should have been provided in the email receipt you received when you opened the account. Depending on what server your account is located on, your dns servers will be something like:

 Primary: ns1-svr1.sirkels.com

Secondary: ns2-svr1.sirkels.com

(NOTE: These are just examples, and will not work if your account is not located on svr1.sirkels.com)

It may take 24-48 hours for these changes to take place, during which time you will not be able to access your account by name. Please refer to your signup email for the IP address you should use to upload your sites content
