Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Tech Support > Email > Unable to send email via SMTP
If you are using our servers to send emails, you must enable SMTP authentication or you will receive errors. If you are using your ISP's outgoing mailserver, please contact them for help configuring their settings.
Please note: Some internet providers may block connections to servers outside of their network on port 25 for security reasons. If you are unable to connect to the server provided, you can either change to your ISP's outgoing mailserver, or enable SSL or TLS (secure connections) for SMTP and change the outgoing port from 25 to 465.
If you are still unable to send email, please contact our technical support via the support contact form or open a new ticket. Please provide as much information as possible about the software you are using, the settings you have, and any errors you are receiving.
