Your autoresponders are configured via cPanel. Once you are logged into the cPanel for your domain, click on the Auto Responders icon under Email Managment, and select Add Autoresponder. If you configure an autoresponder for an email address that does not exist, it will reply and discard the original mail. If you setup an email address or forwarder with the same email address as the autoresponder, it will reply then send the email to the mailbox or address you configured it for.
