Web/email is down, who do I notify?




Our monitoring services keep an eye out for non-responding or misbehaving services and alert our engineers by pager immidiately upons error or failure. You can view the status of our network as reported by our monitoring services at either of the following URLs:

http://svr1.sirkels.com/netstatus
http://svr2.sirkels.com/netstatus

If after a few minutes this page does not report a problem with the service you are experiencing an issue with, please submit a support ticket with the details of your problems. Having it in writing will help our support staff and engineers investigate the problem faster. Once your ticket is created, our staff will be alerted, but feel free to call us at that point for further assistance - if nobody answers, please leave a voicemail or a message with the answering service so we can return your call.
