Can I run a mailing list or other email marketing?

Yes, as long as it abides by our AUP and other policies. You can find them under the About page on our site, or click on the Policies link at the bottom of each page. Specifically, email lists must be double-opt-in by you for your list. You cannot have purchased a list from someone else (even if they claim it is double-opt-in already) The members of your mailing list must have specifically requested the content you are offering to mail them, and must have confirmed their email address as well as the addition to your list before you send them anything else.
