How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

If you would like to change packages, simply open a ticket with the details of your current plan (domain name/username) and which package you want to upgrade/downgrade to. The change will be done immediately, and you will receive a pro-rated bill or service credit for the difference in price.  Please note: Once your plan is upgraded you can not request a downgrade of the same plan for at least one month.
