Yes, we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on a per-server basis.  If during any 1-month period, the availability of websites in the server which your account is hosted falls below the 99.9% - your account(s) on that server will be eligible for a refund based on the amount of downtime experienced as spelled out in our terms of service.

Downtime does not include any planned or scheduled outages which will be announced via email and the announcements page on our website, or our daily maintenance window as described in the terms of service.
