| Yes. Anytime within the first 30 days, you can request for your account to be cancelled and we will issue you a full refund. After your initial 30 days, you can request your account to be cancelled at any time, but refunds will only be given on full unused months of service at the appropriate term level pricing minus any setup fees that would have been imposed on the shorter term account. Any special terms, promotions, or coupons become invalid and the refund will be based on current full-market values. If you have paid for a year in advance with no setup fee and have 6 months and 20 days left, you will receive a refund of the difference in what you paid, and what you would have paid for 6 months of service at the semi-annual term pricing, minus the setup fee that would have been charged for the semi-annual account. If you have paid for 3 months of service with a $10 setup fee and cancel after a month and a half, you would receive a refund of the difference in what you paid, and what you would have paid if on monthly terms only since the setup fee is the same. If the difference results in a negative amount (meaning you would owe us) of less than $5, we will simply terminate the account as requested with a zero balance. If the difference is significant (usually only valid if signed up under a promotion or special terms) you will receive a final invoice for this amount. If you have service, technical, or other issues with our service causing you to consider cancelling, we urge you to contact us and explain your dissatisfaction so we can work with you to resolve the matter. We realize not every situation is the same, and sometimes extenuating circumstances arise which may excuse some of these rules.
