Your welcome email should contain the links to login to your cPanel.  You can use the IP address of the server (in your email or listed in your account) or you can use your domain name once it has been pointed to our server and is resolving.

In either case, you would simply enter the address (either IP or your domain) followed by /cpanel

For example:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

or

http://123.45.67.89/cpanel
