To add an email account in Eudora 7, open Eudota and go to Tools - Options.

Fill out your information: name & email address.

Enter mail.(your domain) as the incoming mailserver.

Use your full email address as the username.

You can use the sane hostname as your incoming if you also enable authentication.

Some internet providers may block access to external mailservers. You may be able to get it to work by enabling SSL or TLS, which sends over a secured connection on an alternate port.

If you experience issues sending email and you have verified your username (email address) and password are correct and that your outgoing mail is using authentication and ssl or secure connections, you will need to contact your ISP for their outgoing configuration and setup the account to use their outgoing mailserver.
