In your cPanel, go to the "Security" section, then click on SSL/TLS Manager.  From here you can generate a certificate signing request, or CSR.

If you purchased the SSL certificate from us, you will receive an email to configure the certificate - which will require the contents of the CSR you generated in your cPanel along with some other information such as the hostname it will be used for and your name, address, etc.  Please note that the hostname you enter will have to match exactly for the certificate to work.  If you want visitors to your website to be on www.yourdomain.com instead of just yourdomain.com then the certificate needs to be generated for www.yourdomain.com
