| Yes - in multiple senses of the word! Every aspect of our service was designed to be fault-tolerant, redundant, and for that worst-case scenario, all data backed up (to completely separate, external fault-tolerant and redundant systems) for distaster recovery. Our networks are fault-tolerant with multiple routes to the internet, ups and generator power backup, redundant routers, power supplies, and RAID array drives for reliable and dependable service from the storage of your data on the server to the connection to the internet. In a worst case scenario where all local physical equipment is lost, damaged, or inaccessable, we have alternate data centers at geographically diverse locations where all affected customers can be moved to and back up and running with impressively little downtime. If your data is lost (either due to one of the above worst-case scenarios) or because someone accidentally deleted something they shouldn't have - all of our users data on all servers are backed up daily to a completely separate location not connected with any of our hosting servers but still under the same strict requirements for network, hardware, and storage fault-tolerance and redundancy as our live production internet servers.
