Most violations will not result in immediate suspension or termination.  You will receive a warning via email indicating the violation and a time frame for resolving it before your account is suspended.

More serious violations (such as obvious and blatant abuse of resources, SPAM, hacking, etc.) may result in immediate suspension.  You will also be sent a notice via email and options to resolve the situation in the event your account was compromised or otherwise not abused by you.
