How do I enable IMAP c-client libraries?

Apache/PHP recompilation with IMAP (c-client) support is a straight forward procedure - all that needs to be done is to login to WHM, go to Software -> Apache Update, click on "Load Previous Config" button (if exists), check the checkbox on the "Imap Module" line and then click "Start Build" button at the bottom of the screen.
